The 6th question! Do you have any your own ways to change your mood when you feel not good physically or mentally?

Hi, guys~
Today was the most challenging day I've ever had in the KNUE program. My brain seems to getting more dull every day. Don't worry about me.^^ I'm trying to get out of that kind of unpleasant feeling. So, I feel I need to do someting so that I would build up myself in a confident way. I'm curious about effective ways to change your moods if you feel depresses or if you are not in the mood for studying, but, you have to. How about sharing your own sectrets with others.

Actually, today it was a really challenging and tough day for me, too.
When I don't feel good, I usually get some sleep. Getting some sleep usually revive my drooping spirits and give me some energy to restart something again. Do you think it's a kind of escapism?

I think I'm repeating feeling good and bad thesedays. But, it's not the matter that I can't decide. I mean, I just get naturally depressed with some reasons and then I get out of it without any effort. Time cures.
However sometimes, sharing the feeling I go through with other people is helpful, too.
Why don't you share your feeling with me? I'll be a good listener for you.

Hi, Kimmie.
Yesterday I also had a terrible day. I have a minor health problem, so I took a medicine and took a nap for an hour as soon as I arrived here. That worked.
If I feel depressed, I usually walk along the street and do window shopping. Sometimes I bought small items like hair pins.
Anyway, I hope you will get better soon. Back to normal as usual!

When I think of myself, I am becoming tired. Especially this week to me I feel sick in physically. On Mondays, after three hours driving, I hurried to have classes. It made me sick. But I am trying to cheer up myself.
How about listening music on the bed?

So what are you feeling now? Take a few moments to think about how you feel. If you're not feeling as good as you'd like to, focus on feeling your feelings inside and purposefully lift them. As you focus intensely on your feelings, with the intention to lift yourself, you can powerfully elevate them. One way is to close your eyes (shutting out distractions), focus on your feelings inside, and smile for one minute.

You have the power to change anything, because you are the one who chooses your thoughts and you are the one who feels your feeling.

As you talked to me after composition class, yesterday was a terrible day to me. I don't know the reason why, though, other trainee also had a long day yuesterday. Anyway yesterday, instead of watching the movie, I went to new lounge in the students' hall with my junior and chatted a lot together. When you'd like to change your mood, just go out and hang out with somebody you can feel really comfortable.

Hey. Cheer up!! Even when I am sick, people say that I look energetic. Outgoing people like you(Am I right?)tend to conceal their dpression inside. I do, too. When you feel depressed, talk with your friends or collegues out loud. You need to vent your emotion. I think it works especially for women.

When I feel under the weather, I just go out and watch some of mother nature. Watching a distant mountain or staring at a tree or flowing stream helps me much. Maybe smoking(Never try!) helped me a little, but dringking didn't.
